Covid-19 policies and consent

Please ensure a pre screening covid 19 consent form is filled in within 24 hours of your treatment.

Government guidelines are changing regularly - please keep up to date.

• Please attend your appointment alone

• Wear a face mask

• Please sanitise your hands prior to, when you arrive and on exit of your appointment

• Please be prepared to have your temperature checked ( if 37.5 or above you will be declined entry to your appointment and advised as per government guidelines).

• Please Do not book a treatment 2 weeks prior to or after travel outside of the UK - this may also mean you will be declined treatment due to increased risk of transmission.

• Obtain social distancing measures

• Do not attend early and wait outside the building until your appointment time

• Please note this is an elective treatment

• A full risk assessment will be carried out prior to treatment and if you are in a higher risk category you may be advised not to have treatment

• PPE will be worn at all times by your practitioner in accordance with government guidelines and NMC.

• Extra time will be taken in between appointments to fully disinfect and clean.

• To reduce the time you are in clinic please apply numbing cream (which can be obtained from a pharmacy e.g emla cream) 45 minutes before your appointment.

• If you require a consultation prior to any filler treatments this can be booked and will be via Zoom or face time.

• All botox pre treatment consultations must be in person.

• Please be aware another lockdown/rise in infections could be possible at any point and if instructed to the clinic may be shut down and this is a risk you must consider before booking or undergoing any treatment during the Covid -19 pandemic.

• If any member of staff or client contracts covid-19 or symptoms following treatment ( they must alert us immediately) all necessary action will be undertaken including closing of the clinic for two weeks meaning appointments could be cancelled at any time without much warning.

• Social media platforms will be updated regularly in accordance with the guidance.

• Please do not book any injectable treatments less than 2 weeks before a covid vaccination and less than 3 weeks following a covid vaccination.
